Over the last 15 years I have helped companies of all sizes to grow their online businesses - from psychiatrists to hatters to recruitment companies, and even a couple of major UK retailers.
Along the way I have consulted for, or trained, companies all over the world; from Nine MSN (Microsoft) in Australia, to MWeb in Thailand, to Vivendi in France, to Travelocity in the US, and many more. I've also worked with the BBC, Sony, BMW, HSBC, Fish4Jobs, Granada Media, Capital Radio, William Reed, and that local bloke that hires a classic Rolls Royce for weddings. For what it's worth, I was also the Client Services and Business Development Director for Engage Asia (adserving software) based in Hong Kong, so I've been about a bit really.

Yes, and I'm one of them (well, I'm a technical SEO to be correct), but my real expertise is getting your visitors to become your customers - what is often called Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), but I call it website optimisation.
There isn't any point in getting 1000s of visitors if they don't (or worse, can't) convert on your site; be that sign-up, subscribe, download, buy, or whatever else fits your business model. And I'll show you where the problems lie and how to fix them.
